      It located at the downstream of Luoqing River on Luzhai town Xiliuzhou city Guangxi province. It has passed the running test lasted 72 hours on 12th Sep.2009 and began to generate power officially.Its installed capacity is 2×10MWand the runner diameter is Φ4000mm.
